Eric's been great. Krissy and Matt had Kaylee that night and were great. My parents were able to come right before and after the surgery, and helped us with Kaylee after it so we could get rest. Today we were able to celebrate Easter a bit with the family. I will have follow-up appointment in about a week and will have my HCG levels check to make sure they got it all Tuesday.

Update and outcome
I had to have an emergency surgery on Saturday. At midnight I was in a lot of pain and we went to the hospital. I was white, teeth chattering in pain. Went to their trauma room, they gave me pain meds (thank God) and did an ultrasound. They saw a tubal pregnancy that they recommended needed emergency surgery where they would need to remove the tube. I was transferred by ambulance to another hosp, and the doctor spent a while getting caught up on my case. He was quite perplexed by the history, and the HCG levels lowering while still seeing a heartbeat. He gave us two choices, to wait and see if the my hemoglobin held steady after a few hours and if it was taking care of itself or to do a surgery. It had been four hours since they had checked my hemoglobin (indicating any internal bleeding) and so Eric suggested they check again, since it had lowered from earlier in the week. They checked and it was another point lower, causing us and them to choose the surgery option. They said they'd work on preserving the tube and check my other tube. The surgery lasted a little over an hour and was done laproscopically, it turned out my tube had burst. I am pleased with the outcome, my tube will heal itself eventually and my other one looked normal. The pain isn't as bad as with my appendectomy I had 7 years ago. Although I am still quite tender and tired from missing an entire night's sleep in a lot of pain and stress.

Jenny, I'm so sorry to hear about everything you've had to go through. Take care of yourself. I'm thinking of you.
Oh Jenny - You have been through so much. We are all thinking about you. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help - at work.
